Inclusive education

The CPSUs are committed to the implementation of inclusive education as provided for by the Decree of June 30, 2016. This decree constitutes the legal framework organizing inclusive social advancement education and dealing with potential reasonable accommodations to which students those with disabilities, illnesses or disorders can use during their studies.

By "student with a disability" is meant a student who has lasting physical, mental, intellectual or sensory disabilities which may hinder their full and effective participation in social advancement education.

By "reasonable accommodation" is meant appropriate measures, taken according to the needs in a concrete situation, to enable a person with a disability to access, participate in and progress in education for social advancement.
